Booking & Rescheduling Policy

All sessions are fully reserved at the time of booking. Refunds are not available, but you may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduled sessions must take place within 3 weeks of the original booking date, and each booking may be rescheduled once.
