Consultation Services
Personalized Guidance for Individuals

Clarity, perspective, and grounded insight rooted in psychological principles

Sometimes you don’t need ongoing therapy or formal organizational consulting.

You need a thoughtful, attuned conversation that helps you see what’s happening more clearly within yourself, between people, and within the systems you’re navigating.

My consultation offerings are designed for individuals seeking perspective, reflection, and next-step clarity, whether the questions you’re holding are personal, professional, or both.

What These Consultations Offer

Consultations are one-time or occasional sessions focused on sense-making and perspective.

Together, we slow things down and look at:

  • What’s happening beneath the surface

  • Patterns you may be caught inside of

  • Where strain, misalignment, or overwhelm may be coming from

  • What next steps make the most sense for you

People often leave consultations with:

  • Clearer language for what they’re experiencing

  • Greater trust in their own knowing

  • Insight into relational or workplace dynamics

  • A better sense of where to focus their energy and care

Personal Consultations for Clarity, Grounding, and Forward Movement

Personal consultations are for individuals who feel unclear, stuck, or unsure of next steps, and want a thoughtful, grounded perspective to help them better understand themselves and what might be needed next in their personal development.

Some people come to this work at the very beginning of their personal development journey. Others have spent years in therapy, coaching, or self-reflection and currently feeling a need for a new perspective.

In a consultation, I collaborate with you to:

  • Reflect together on patterns or dynamics shaping your experience.

  • Offer psychological frameworks to help you understand what’s happening internally and in your interactions.

  • Support clarity around next steps and where your attention, energy, or focus is most useful.

People often leave with:

  • A shift in how they see themselves or their situation

  • Language for experiences that previously felt vague or confusing

  • Greater confidence in their own perceptions

  • Clarity about what kind of support, direction, or next step might serve them

This is not therapy or career coaching. It’s a focused, reflective, and instructional session designed to help you leave with a fresh perspective and actionable insight you can carry forward.

Consultation for Work & Leadership Contexts

These consultations are for individuals (not entire organizations) who want a grounded, thoughtful space to reflect on what they’re noticing within their teams, staff, or workplaces, and how to respond with care, clarity, and integrity.

This work is especially relevant if you are:

  • In a leadership, supervisory, or decision-making role

  • Responsible for staff well-being, morale, or retention

  • Sensing strain, disconnection, or quiet distress among your team

  • Navigating relational or cultural challenges within a workplace

Common areas of focus include:

  • Stress, burnout, or vicarious trauma among staff

  • Questions about psychological safety, trust, or communication

  • Interpersonal dynamics and recurring team tensions

  • Emotional and ethical weight of leadership, including clarifying how to respond effectively

While these conversations often lead to healthier outcomes for teams, the consultation itself centers on you as the individual holding the concern; your perspective, how you’re showing up, and the role you play within your team or organization.

Collaborations & Organizational Work

Occasionally, I collaborate with organizations to offer customized workshops, trainings, or wellness experiences. These are available by inquiry and can be shaped around your team’s needs.

How Consults Differs From Therapy or Coaching

Consultations are not psychotherapy and do not involve diagnosis or ongoing treatment.

They are also distinct from traditional coaching models focused primarily on performance or productivity.

Instead, this work centers:

  • The situation and environment you’re navigating

  • How you show up and relate to yourself and others

  • Patterns that might be getting in your way

  • Strengthening your sense of self-trust and inner clarity

Some people use consultations as a standalone resource.

Others use them as a bridge to clarify whether therapy, coaching, rest, boundary changes, or structural shifts are needed next.

Disclaimer:

Consultations are non-clinical and individual in nature and do not include relationship mediation, organizational assessments, or ongoing coaching. They are designed to support clarity and decision-making around work-related stuckness and personal well-being within professional contexts.

My Background

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Drama Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University. I bring over 15 years of trauma-informed clinical expertise, somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, creative arts therapies, and Restorative Justice/Circle Keeping training, along with extensive experience supporting staff well-being, addressing vicarious trauma, and fostering psychologically safe environments. I approach this work with a cross-cultural, relational lens, attuned to the ways culture, identity, and context shape experience, relationships, and decision-making.
